Sharon has over 25 years of military experience with extensive knowledge and connections in the Military Health System, VA, wounded warrior community, Army, private sector and nonprofit organization. This has allowed her to continue a lifetime of commitment and service to Soldiers, Veterans, surviving families and military families. She has focused on a results-oriented formulation and execution of groundbreaking policy and program objectives in a global environment that includes:
• Large network of outcome driven colleagues in the gov’t, nonprofit and private sectors
• Plank holder in DoD’s model wounded warrior program – the USSOCOM Care Coalition
• Strong communication, organizational and people skills
• Experienced public speaker focused on driving positive change
She provides advocacy and consultative services pertaining to service member, wounded warrior, family, surviving family and Veteran issues by collaborating at the senior levels with the VA, DoD, DoL, nonprofit organizations, private sector corporations and communities to improve Veteran quality of life and facilitate optimal transitions.
